Overdue update

Sep 26, 2011

I have obviously been in hibernation for the winter as there has been little action on the news page for months.

Spring is in the air and along with the good horses I am back with some news.

My three children all all well, Shelley's dogs are winning at the shows (Royal Melbourne is actually on today) and we have had a steady stream of winners over recent months.

Kayarbee won her last two starts before heading to the paddock for a freshen up.

Spirit Of Many and Star Topaze (x2 wins) have been flying the flag for Hancox Racing No 4 of late. Both are in this week looking to add to their recent success.

Al Ahmar had a terrific campaign winning a couple and placing in 8 of his 10 starts. He is having a little feshen up and should be back racing around Christmas time.

Tale Of The Sea won at his first start at the end of June and ran a very respectable race at Flemington before heading to the paddock. With some natural improvement we should have some fun with him next preparation.

Concini won at Wyong early in his prep and ran a terrific 2nd at Randwick mid August. He is also have a short break now.

We look to have quite a few winners on the horizon also with Ariston and El Of A Time knocking on the door of another win and Viking Tiger getting up to a suitable distance and hitting his straps.  We have Grey Pegasus close to resuming and horses like Balayeur (Echuca tomorrow) and Snip Of A Girl close to making their debuts.

Hopefully the winners continue over the Spring and summer months.
